Honda Clarity

While first developed as a concept car in 1999, the very first deliverable version of the Honda Clarity was actually released in 2002. Since then, the Clarity has become increasingly efficient both in terms of mileage and power. The 2008-9 FCX is the most recent version of the car, which was unveiled at the Greater Los Angeles Auto Show in November of 2007. It's release in the summer of 2008 will target Southern California, which is one of the few States with enough infrastructure to support it. While the Clarity isn't immediately available for purchase, it will be available for a 36 month lease at 600$ per month.
